The level electrodes NRG 1...-51 are used in conjunction with level switch NRS 1-51 as high water level alarms for steam boiler plants and (pressurized) hot water installations. A high level alarm prevents the water level from exceeding the preset max. water level (HW) and for this purpose switches off e. g. the feedwater supply.
The water level limiter is a device combination and consists of one or two NRG 16-11 level electrodes and one NRS 1-50 level switch.
Our dual-plate check valves BB 3 are developed to ensure the best possible system safety by preventing return flows. Partial opening of the plates remains stable even with a low flowrate. Consequently, the BB 3 can be used without problem even in conditions of fluctuating loads. Thanks to its low weight, the dual-plate check valve is quick and easy to install.
NRG 1...-11 level electrodes operate on the conductivity measurement principle to detect when the fill level has dropped to minimum (water shortage) in a steam boiler. The NRG 1...-11 combines with an NRS 1-50 level switch acting as a water-level limiter (equipment with safety function). For use in steam and hot-water plants in accordance with EN 12952 and EN 12953.
The QLM and QLD are three-port control valves which have linear characteristics for mixing or diverting service. These valves can be used on thermal oil, compressed air, steam, condensate and some other fluids.They are available in four body materials: cast iron, SG iron, carbon steel or stainless steel. Thermostatic steam trap with integral strainer and corrosion-resistant membrane regulator (thermostatic capsule) unaffected by waterhammer. The standard version “N” of the thermostatic capsule discharges the condensate with virtually no banking-up, the version “U” with approx. 30 K undercooling.
The URB 60 visual display and operating unit collects the data telegrams in the CAN bus from GESTRA sensors and control units using the CANopen protocol. When the system is started, the connected devices are automatically recognised by the URB 60 and entered in a list of equipment along with all parameters. The groups, their home screens and navigation buttons are displayed dynamically.
