Electric linear actuators for use with GCV control valves DN 15 to DN 100 AEL5 series
AEL5 series electric linear actuators are for use with LE, KE and JE two-port control valves, QL three-port valves and all bellows sealed options. Actuators will normally be supplied fitted to the control valve. When supplied separately, ensure the actuator selected is capable of giving the force necessary to close the two-port or three-port control valve against the expected differential pressure. Level Switch NRS 1-56
The NRS 1-56 level switch measures using the conductivity principle and makes use of the electrical conductivity of the water to do this. The level switch is designed for different conductivities and for connection to four electrode rods in total.

The level electrodes NRG 1...-51 are used in conjunction with level switch NRS 1-51 as high water level alarms for steam boiler plants and (pressurized) hot water installations. A high level alarm prevents the water level from exceeding the preset max. water level (HW) and for this purpose switches off e. g. the feedwater supply.

The level electrodes NRG 1...-50 are used in conjunction with level switch NRS 1-50 as water level limiters for steam boilers and (pressurised) hot water installations. Water level limiters switch off the heating when the water level falls below the set minimum level (low water).

A faulty steam trap can cause banking-up of condensate or steam loss. The measuring electrode, which is screwed into the steam trap or a test chamber, detects malfunctions in traps. The test station NRA 1-3 evaluates the signals coming from the measuring electrodes and is designed for the connection of up to max. 16 measuring electrodes.
