Acceptance by GESTRA UK is limited to such terms and any proposal for additional or different terms or any attempt by the Company to vary such terms is hereby objected to and rejected. Any terms and conditions stated in the Company’s communications with GESTRA UK shall not be applicable to the sale and credit application. Trade custom and/or trade usage is superseded by GESTRA UK’s terms and conditions of sale and the credit application and shall not be applicable to this agreement. Payment terms are strictly net monthly.
