Team Lead Development of Mechanical Products (gn*)

Team Lead Development of Mechanical Products (gn*)

Tasks:

  •  As a group leader, you take on the disciplinary and technical supervising of the group 
  • Together with your team you are responsible for the strategic further development of our products, processes, laboratories andtest fields as well as the development of product innovations 
  • You strive to harmonize the design elements and measurably increase the efficiency and productivity of the organization. You will
    develop Engineering Excellence KPIs and actively manage them 

Qualification:

  • University/FH degree (Master/Diploma) in the field of engineering, mechatronics or a comparable subject 
  • Several years of experience with classic and agile development methods and personnel management; knowledge of 3D-CAD modeling (Solid Works), simulation software ANSYS. Knowledge of thermodynamics, hydraulics, fluid dynamics is an advantage 
  • Excellent leadership qualities and problem solving skills and assertiveness, a high degree of personal responsibility and goal orientation 
  • Languages: fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
