GESTRA’s Silver EcoVadis Rating
GESTRA holds a Silver rating for sustainable procurement from EcoVadis, the world’s most trusted business sustainability rating organization.
EcoVadis ranks organisations according to strict criteria across environmental, social and ethical risks. A further 21 corporate social responsibility benchmarks are calculated over four themes: environment, labour and human rights, ethics, and sustainable procurement.
The World Climate Summit at COP27
As part of the Spirax-Sarco Engineering Group, GESTRA was Principal Sponsor at this key event held alongside COP 27 at Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt, in November 2022.
Amanda Williams, Head of Sustainability (Steam Specialties), joined one of the key investment panel discussions. Known as “the Investment COP”, the WCS saw business leaders from around the globe gathering to find productive new ways towards achieving real action on climate change.
