UNA 14P ist ein Flüssigkeitsableiter mit Kugelschwimmer und Rollkugelabschluss. Der Ableiter eignet sich aufgrund seiner vom Gegendruck unabhängigen Arbeitsweise für alle Betriebsfälle. Er besteht aus einem Gehäuse mit angeflanschter Haube und einer Regelgarnitur. Die Regelgarnitur ist nach Abnehmen der Haube frei zugänglich. Sie kann ohne Ausbau des Gehäuses aus der Rohrleitung komplett ausgewechselt werden.

The control unit DUPLEX (UNA 38) is a float controller with automatic and temperature dependent deaeration facility by means of a bimetallic air vent. The control unit DUPLEX is suitable for saturated steam and superheated steam.

Der Schwimmer (33) öffnet abhängig vom Füllstand die Öffnung des Abschlussorgans (32). Dadurch wird die Abflussmenge geregelt. Bei maximaler Öffnung hängt die Abflussmenge vom Durchmesser des montierten Abschlussorgans (AO) ab. Die Regelgarnitur DUPLEX besteht aus dem Schwimmer und einer zusätzlichen temperaturabhängigen Bimetall-Entlüftung (6). Mit der optionalen Hand-Anlüftvorrichtung können Sie den Schwimmer manuell anheben. Mit dem optionalen Hand-Entlüftungsventil können Sie die Rohrleitung manuell entlüften.
