Das Kondensat fließt in den Kondensatableiter und öffnet über den Schwimmer kontinuierlich den Abschluss der Regelgarnitur. Bei Vollöffnung wird der maximale Durchfluss durch den Querschnitt des Abschlussorgans (AO) bestimmt. Der maximal zulässige Differenzdruck der verwendeten Regelgarnitur ist abhängig vom Abschlussorgan und von der Dichte der abzuleitenden Flüssigkeit.

Les UNA 3... sont des purgeurs haute pression avec flotteur et fermeture à aiguille. Du fait de leur fonctionnement indépendant de la contre-pression, les purgeurs conviennent à toutes les applications. Le purgeur UNA 3... est constitué d’un corps avec capot bridé et d’une unité de réglage. Différentes unités de réglage sont disponibles pour les purgeurs. L’unité de réglage SIMPLEX est une commande par flotteur en fonction du niveau. Elle convient particulièrement aux condensats froids et à la vapeur surchauffée.

Float Trap UNA · PN 25 DN 80 and 100 mm (3" and 4")

Float trap with slide valve closing mechanism for draining condensate from steam systems and for the discharge of other cold condensates or distillates. The slide valve is operated by the ball float as a function of the condesate level in the trap, i.e. the cross-sectional area depends on the amount of condensate formed. Body with flanged cover. The control unit is connected to the cover. After removal of the cover the control unit is easily accessible without removing the trap from the line. Standard design with vent valve and lifting lever permitting purging of the trap during operation.
