We want you! - Experienced and self driven HR Business Partner (m/f/d) for our Global Supply (GSC) organisation at our Bremen site!

 

Within this attractive role, you will be an important partner in a transformational period for our Supply organization in Bremen. This is a great opportunity to truly make an impact by influencing and collaborating with the operational leadership and also the international HR organization. You will drive HR initiatives, promote employee relations, and contribute to a high-performance, high engagement, values based culture.

 

You will act as a trusted advisor, leveraging your expertise in German labour law, employee engagement, and organisational development.

 

As HR Business Partner you will be embedded in the local HR team, benefiting from their specialist expertise, and also with the global Supply organization.


Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Supply leadership to understand operational priorities and workforce needs
  • Provide coaching and guidance to leaders to enhance management and communication skills
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning, training, and succession processes
  • Contribute to transformation initiatives, productivity programs, and change projects
  • Support leaders in building engagement action plans and improving employee experience
  • Advise on employee relations matters including performance, conflict resolution, and absence management
  • Handling of HR operations tasks
  • Talent development and succession planning
  • International HR projects within the wider group


Your Profile

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or comparable
  • Several years of experience in an HR generalist role, ideally in a manufacturing environment
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and build trust
  • Experience in change and transformation projects
  • Experience in German co-determination
  • Hands-on, solution-oriented working style with strong execution capability
  • Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
