We are looking for self-starting, ambitious high school graduates who are looking to kick start their engineering career.

Not only will you learn the very foundations of steam systems and engineering, you will also gain experience across the business from marketing through to purchasing.
You will finish your apprenticeship with an excellent understanding of the principles of steam and condensate engineering and business.

Precision: the aim of the GESTRA CAM machinist, to take responsibility for the assembly, construction, commissioning, maintenance and repair of systems and machines.
The vital bridge between management and technical, as an industrial engineer you will experience the technical and practical applications within GESTRA.
Covering all aspects of business operations, you will gain an all-round understanding of the practicalities, from the day-to-day to the strategic.
