Measurement methods for controlling and limiting the temperature

As a self-monitoring temperature limiter, the system consists of the NRS 1-40.1 temperature switch, Pt100 resistance thermometer type TRG 5-6.. and TRV 5-40 preamplifier. It displays the cut-off and actual temperature and is approved as a "High Integrity" device in accordance with EN 12952/..53. If a set limit is exceeded, it emits an alarm and shuts down and locks the burner. It has TÜV certification to SIL 2.

As a temperature monitor, the system consists of the TRS 5-40 MIN/MAX temperature switch, Pt100 resistance thermometer type TRG 5-63 and TRV 5-40 preamplifier. It sends an alarm when the set MIN/MAX limits are reached, or changes the mixing pump from supply to return in the hot-water generating unit.

As a self-monitoring temperature monitor, the system consists of the TRS 5-50 temperature switch, with display of cut-off and actual temperature and Pt100 resistance thermometer type TRG 5-. . It can be used as a self-monitoring temperature limiter when combined with an external lock in accordance with EN 14597. It has TÜV certification to SIL 3. If a set limit is exceeded, it emits an alarm and shuts down and locks the burner.

As a temperature monitor as per EN 14597, the system consists of the TRS 5-52 MIN/MAX temperature switch and TRG 5-6 temperature sensor. The unit sends an alarm when the set MIN/MAX limits are reached.
